Koto Bolofo in action
Hi friends,Long time no post, and very sorry for the slack! I have been really antsy to share some pictures from when I went up to Maine, and assisted Jeannine for the Anthropologie October catalog. Work has definitely caught up to me and I have been busy, but I am so happy to have the time to post about... 'Vacationland" (or Workationland, as I would call it in this case, hehe).
We shot at four different locations, around Portland, Brunswick and Freeport area. Some by the glittery and chilly, blue water along the shore line, taken over by sailboats, lighthouses and neon buoys. Also, homes with interiors keeping the feeling of old New England bay, to a festive, South American influenced, jet setter's home and even taking a voyage through the studio of a modern day artist.
The scene was so breathtaking and I couldn't be more happy to have had the pleasure to work with the crew I was with! But, most importantly, there were a lot of lessons I learned with on location shoots; and the top things I will always keep in mind: be prepared, be super organized, learn your surroundings (how to set up shop), prepare to battle nature, always be ten steps ahead and packing up diligently and neatly is a must! Oh, and have fun too!
Thanks for your time and hope to have you back...
