I spent my off day researching interesting ways to shoot native american headpieces.  "Why," you might ask?  I got super inspired, when a very good friend of mine (TammyJo) told me about her new interest in creating beautiful (native American inspired) head dresses.  I immediately thought to myself, I would want to feature her work in a photo!  In this series, I would want to capture the adoration a girl has, for a slowly fading and extremely meaningful roots of the first American women.  The women who cultivated and nursed America's soil before the beginning of its "civilization".

Above are a few pictures of inspirational women dressed in their breathtaking, traditional native attire.
I'm super excited and cannot wait to get this started!

Hello again,

Okay, just one more post before I call it a night...

Here are a few of my favorite outfits I got to recently work on, for Free People (*big smile).  It was a pleasure getting to work with Cora (model), definitely one of the sweetest and cutest!  I am looking forward to more work like this in the future!

As I promised, a few posts back, here's a look at some items which I feel are most important to have in your kit.  My most favorite is my fanny pack, a special gift and has become my partner in crime during photo shoots!  It is essential to have a all your necessary tools in this tool belt/fanny pack, because it saves time, running back and forth fetching tools from prep area!  And always remember to always think ahead and stay organized!

Hello!

As a freelancer, you never stop working!  Even on days when you think you can sit and put up your feet, I am catching up on emails, writing invoices, networking, blogging, editing, posting and keeping up with my home life!  Which is definitely a great feeling, because it reminds me that I am working; and I happily take this as a good sign!  To be honest, I have never felt this much motivation in a long time and I am absolutely loving it!  And thank you to all who have helped me and especially those of you who is following me on my journey!

Above, are a few pictures I have been editing and uploading on my site.  These can all be found under the still life and textile page.  Besides a few older images, which I am still pending on to edit, from here on end, I will be uploading newer work!  I can't wait to get cracking. 
Also, I am very excited to take on some personal (test shoots) work with photographer friends (more info soon to come)!  This, I am most ecstatic about, because these photo shoots will reflect the type of styling which will best describe the work I aspire to portray.  And even more excited to share with you!
